I had a genuinely great experience. the hotel room was very nice. it was also clean, a huge plus. the room included different amenities for personal needs. i especially appreciated the hotel's super clean environment. Cleanliness is key for me.

the room lacked a chair or table. i found this detail unusual and slightly inconvenient. there was not an opportunity to sit comfortably.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they assisted with weighing luggage before departure. the location was convenient, near colón and montjuïc. the beds were comfortable, and a request for separate beds was met.

I found that more hangers were needed for clothes. Only six were in the wardrobe.

i found the breakfast to be very good. there was a big selection of food, it was all delicious. the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. the hotel's location was also convenient, close to shops and restaurants.

this make access difficult. the double bed actually are two single beds pushed together. it was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. i find aac was turning on in the middle of night even when i had turned it off.
